The Grooving attachment kit is used for milling and cutting concrete and asphalt surfaces, e.g. to eliminate unevenness and transitions or to create grooves to reduce aquaplaning on runways. Up to 210 diamond saw blades can be attached directly next to each other on a width of up to 600 mm on the cutting shaft of the attachment. In groove milling, spacers ensure the desired distance between the saw blades. When the attachment kit is lowered, the rear axle of the floor saw is detached from the ground, and the wheels of the attachment kit then act as a new rear axle.
